Welcome to Abel Tasman Motel and Lodge. We are located on High Street, Motueka, (New Zealand) on a quiet back section, 300 metres from the main shopping centre and 15 kms from the start of the Abel Tasman National Park.

Motueka is situated 40 minutes drive from Nelson and is a perfect place to explore what this region of New Zealand has to offer. We have superb wineries, potters, artists, Golf Courses, Water Sports, Fishing, Seafood, Restaurants and Cafes. Of course, our major tourist attraction is the Abel Tasman National Park but more and more people are visiting to see some of the Lord of the Rings mountain range locations nearby..

We have two types of accommodation

– Self Contained Motel Units, and Ensuite Rooms in our Lodge.
We now have a internet kiosk with fast broadband so you can keep in touch with friends and family without having to find an internet cafe.
